Excellent place. The oil spill noodle is amazing. We were visiting from out of town and decided to have dinner here. Best decision ever! Will definitely be coming here the next time we're in Fort Collins.

This place is amazing... as a foodie I can guarantee you will not regret any menu item. It’s very clean and they have an open kitchen where you can see your own food being made. It’s authentic cuisine and the service is polite and quick.

Wow! I never write reviews, but I was blown away. This is real, un-anglinized Chinese food! I always wanted to try a tea egg, and it was delicious! I also got a sweet milk pancake which is similar to a biscuit, but has a sweet and super unique flavor! I want to learn how to make my own. The Szechuan noodles were also amazing, and this place is right next to the spring Creek trail too!

I get the Oil Spill noodles and mix up the appetizer every time. Always delicious, affordable, and friendly. Bring your special person to share noodles with! *Ignore the pretentious and other negative reviews about this place as I saw that those "guides" had reviewed international airports (yes plural), Red Rocks (thanks for letting us know), 5 stars to Chili's, 3 stars to a restaurant "not sure about this place haven't tried the food yet," very disappointed in Lowes as the DIY project didn't go smoothly, 5 stars to hotel lobby booze, liquor store pissed me off, and so on. One guide is from China and knows more about authentic seasoning than everybody not from China. Another guide referred to the breakfast chain Snooze (5 stars in his opinion) as a "new twist on western European classics with rococo diner vibes." The good news is you won't have to dine with those people at this awesome restaurant.

I would recommend! The food was tasty and fresh but we didn't have to wait very long :). I got the red pork belly lunch special which filled me up and was a good price. Everything seemed clean and the service was efficient. I have no complaints and will come back next time I am in Fort Collins.

We've been here a couple of times and have gotten the oil spill noodles, sesame noodles, spicy wonton soup, and the scallion pancakes. We love the authentic flavors and it's refreshing to have a high quality option for Chinese food that isn't just the same dishes as most places. The service has been great both times. Highly recommend this place.

By far one of the best restaurants in Fort Collins. We tried Henan gravy noodles, the beef noodles and the pork wonton soup with noodles. As well as the green onion pancakes, pork fried dumplings and tea eggs. Everything was hand crafted and absolutely delicious. The owner and employees were very friendly.

I love Beijing Noodle, I only give atmosphere 4 stars because sometimes it can feel a bit claustrophobic during busy times since the place is so small. The food is fantastic, you’ve got to try the green onion pancakes, tea egg, hot and sour soup, and pork wonton soup with noodles. Yes I get the same thing every time I know what I like and I’m obsessed with this place.
